Exceptions: Information will not be considered to be Confidential Information to the extent, but only to the extent, that such information is: (i) already known to us free of any restriction at the time it is obtained; (ii) subsequently learned by us from an independent third party free of any restriction and without breach of this policy or any other confidentiality obligation; (iii) or becomes publicly available through no wrongful act of or error of ours; or (iv) independently developed by us without reference to any Confidential Information.

Return/Destruction of Confidential Records: At any time upon your request and immediately upon termination of our interactions, we will promptly: (i) destroy all of your data, documents, records and materials containing Confidential Information in our possession, power or control; and (ii) delete all Confidential Information from any and all of our computer systems, retrieval systems and databases.


We will defend, indemnify and save and hold harmless you from and against any and all Claims and Proceedings directly or indirectly arising from, connected with or relating to: (a) any breach of this Privacy Policy on our part; (b) any negligence or misconduct on our part or any other person (including Authorized Subcontractors) for whom Storm Analytics is related to these interactions or in law responsible; or (c) any proven or unproven allegation or claim that our performance of our obligations under this Policy infringes or violates any applicable laws or the rights (including intellectual property, industrial property, moral, privacy, and publicity rights) of any other person, provided that the foregoing item (c) does not apply to the extent, but only to the extent, that the infringement or violation is caused by your use of the Confidential Information in breach of your privacy and confidentiality obligations, if the infringement would have been avoided absent of such breach.

General Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Other than the test data submitted to us by you, we are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. assign a subcontractor for onsite consulting.
